Lecture/Informal Performances

Lecture

Lecture/Demonstrations offer live performance from repertory in addition to video showings. These are followed by informal discussions with the audience about the genesis of the work, how the research that informs the work is translated into a movement vocabulary, how movement and text are integrated, etc.

A lecture/demonstration can be combined with an extended workshop in which participants develop their own performance piece.
